Ability to read drawings, make some measurements, operate hand tools; good communication skills.

Gear Machinist

Responsibilities:
Full-time position to set-up and operate gear manufacturing equipment.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Koepfer hobbing machines, Lorenz gear shaping equipment, ability to read engineering drawings, ability to use measuring tools; good communication skills.

Experience:
Five years of gear machine set-up and production experience is preferred.

CNC Mill Machinist

Responsibilities:
Full-time position to set-up and operate CNC mills for aerospace machined parts.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Matsuura OSP 700M control helpful; ability to read engineering drawings; ability to make precision measurements; good communication skills.

Experience:
Five years of CNC set-up and production experience is preferred.

CNC Lathe Machinist

Responsibilities:
Full-time position to set-up and operate CNC lathes for aerospace machined parts.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Okuma, Mori Seiki and Nakamura-Tome 6-axis machines helpful; ability to read engineering drawings; ability to make precision measurements; good communication skills.

Experience:
Five years of CNC set-up and production experience is preferred.

Quality Control

Responsibilities:
Full-time position to inspect precision machined parts.

Requirements:
Knowledge of measuring tools, ability to read engineering drawings, familiarity with manufacturing processes, calibration, ISO quality system.

Experience:
Five years of inspection experience is preferred.
